The long wait is over! Acid Bath is on the road again this 2026 for an awe-inspiring spring tour. Call all your metalhead buddies and prepare to hear some glass-breaking guitar riffs, heart-pounding drum solos, and unapologetic songs from the legendary Acid Bath this Friday 8th May 2026 at The Van Buren, Phoenix, Arizona. The legendary Louisiana sludge metal band is back with their Acid Bath Reunion Tour, bringing classics like "Scream of the Butterfly," "Jezebel," and "The Blue" to cities across the country. Joining them are stoner rock pioneers Fu Manchu, Arizona's own Healing Magic featuring Igor Amadeus Cavalera, and local groove metal act Strip The Soul. Mark your calendars and prepare to throw some rock 'n roll signs in the air - and a moshpit, perhaps - as Acid Bath is expected to deliver one of the premier performances in their career after numerous months of being out of the road. Situated in just outside of Phoenix, the tour will see Acid Bath go across the world, including visiting Phoenix's The Van Buren on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 7:00 PM with support from Fu Manchu, Healing Magic, and Strip The Soul.
Acid Bath hasn't really slowed down since reuniting in 2025. The Louisiana sludge metal legends found a stride in Phoenix's metal scene, and it was apparent they were destined for metal mega-stardom. Over their career, they've won acclaim from all major metal magazine for "When the Kite String Pops" and "Paegan Terrorism Tactics," featuring cult hits like "Scream of the Butterfly," "Jezebel," and "The Blue," and, this concert is just going to be nothing but heavy. So, you need to be there.
The Van Buren is will always be iconic, and their offering of shows this spring just cements that. This Downtown Phoenix venue, converted from a historic vintage auto dealership and opened in 2017, is Arizona's number 1 place for liveconcerts in the States, with a 1,800-person capacity. There is tons of parking in the venue, an easy walk up to the entrace. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
